FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The Bald Eagle Returns to Aurora BeachSubtitle of announcementMarch 27, 2008 -- Reports of sightings of the majestic bald eagle at Aurora Beach. Each year, the majestic bald eagle makes its return to the Canadian north where it makes it summer home. On its way, several of these huge birds make their regular stop at Aurora Beach, to enjoy the surroundings and grab a meal. As the streams begin to run, these effective fishermen act in much the same way as their human counterparts, finding a favorite spot to "reel in the big one". While these shy travelers make taking photos of them a challenge, we will try to get some images of these great hunters in action. Another regular group of visitors are the pelicans. Ungainly on the ground, these birds conduct themselves like a ballet in the water and in the air. Aurora Beach awaits their arrival. The residents of Aurora Beach have the privilege of sharing the land and water with a variety of wildlife, ranging for the bald eagle to the Richardson ground squirrel or gopher. The abundance of deer, fox, and a wide range of small "critters", make every day a day to remember. Join the migration to Aurora Beach now. For More Information Contact: |
