FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Aurora Beach Submits Proposal to Community PlanningNovember 2007 -- The project development team of Aurora Beach has completed the preliminary plans for 27 lots on the shores of Margo Lake and have submitted them to the Community Planning authorities. The proposal was prepared after consulting with the Sask Water representatives to determine safe building elevations to ensure that all proposed sites will be "high and dry". After the flood conditions that existed in many of Saskatchewan's resort areas, concern over one's investment is of prime consideration. Aurora Beach developers are making the area what recreational property should be - a place to relax and enjoy, rather than sandbag and fret. The lake is fed and drained by a series of streams that ensure consistent water levels year after year. As soon as Community Planning has approved the plan, the developers will endeavour to quickly complete the access roads and infrastructure to make the resort not only a reality, but the sort that dreams are made of.
